Bill Knapp, President
Bill served on vSync’s Board of Directors for three years before coming on board as President of vSync in 2002. Bill has extensive experience in the evolution of compliance and EDI having held key executive positions at cutting edge companies like Compuserve and Sterling Commerce. Over a six year span, Bill was immersed in EDI at Sterling Commerce serving as it’s Director of Network Sales, Sales Programs and Customer Acquisition, Enterprise Outsourcing, Market Development and as Vice President of Sales in the Internet Services Division. Prior to joining vSync, Bill was the Vice President of Digital River,Inc. a leader in content management services. Bill holds a B. A. from Bethany College and a M. Sc. in Administration from Case Western Reserve University. Jim McAllister, Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of vSync, Jim has provided ten years of sound management and has established a solid reputation for vSync as a leader in the EDI market space and community. Jim has been instrumental in guiding vSync through ten years of growth in sales and profitability. As Chief Executive Officer, Jim works closely with Bill Knapp, President of vSync and vSync’s Board of Directors to ensure new growth for vSync. Prior to founding vSync, Jim had a successful, fast-track eight-year career in sales and marketing with NCR Corporation. Jim holds a BS and an MBA from the University of Dayton. |
