On December 31, 2009, vSync officially became An Accellos Company.  This is a momentous occasion for us as it marks a new era and a new future for vSync.

This acquisition is part of Accellos' strategy to add superior, customer-centric, supply chain solutions.  By adding strong brands with strong industry reputations to their organization, Accellos is able to expand their suite of supply chain solutions for the midmarket. 

The acquisition provides vSync with the ability to expand our solutions providing new capabilities to customers at a pace that is above and beyond market standards. We have a long standing relationship with Accellos having worked side by side implementing and supporting common customers for nearly nine years. 

This acquisition is a natural extension of that relationship. vSync will continue to offer EDI, fullfillment and shipping solutions for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
